Hello! And thank you for stopping by. I am Desserae Shepston. I am a writer, traveler, hiker, seeker, lifelong learner, and teacher. I have always had a bit of the gypsy in me, and an adventurous spirit. I've traveled as much as possible, as often as possible, in the US and overseas. But that wasn't enough! So, in 2017, I decided to quit my job and live a nomadic life. I bought a used RV in fabulous mechanical and structural condition, a 30' long Class C 1993 Travelcraft Elite I named Knight, and remodeled the interior before I hit the road in the summer of 2018. My best friend decided to join me, and we each brought along our two cats. Here, I will share with you stories from my travels, provide travel ideas and recommendations for road trips,  and recommend gear I use for my RV, my outdoor adventures, and the cats.

​On this journey, I will be seeking experiences that take me to spaces of natural beauty, community, and goodwill. I am finding my path in the beauty North America has to offer, while living a life on the road. I would love to have you along for the ride!
